My house located in Atami city in Izu peninsula.
Situated only 14 minutes on foot from Ajiro station.
You can take a hot spring in my house's bathroom.
My house is only 1 minutes' walk from the nearest sea and fishing port, 5 minutes walk from the convenience store.
Free parking available for guests.(4 cars)
There are a lot of various tourist attractions and nice onsen in Atami city. For example, Atami Castle, Kiunnkaku, Atami Plum Garden,etc.

One minute on foot to Shimyo fishing port
9 minute walk to convenience store
5 minutes on foot to sea fishing pond facilities

My house is an old private house located in an old fisherman's town in Izu.
It is built over 90 years ago. And we reformed the entire of the house this year.
Because there is a hot spring, you can enjoy hot springs in a large bathtub in my house.
Also there is a nice Japanese style garden in front of my house.

Because my house located in residential area, so please stay quiet after 10 p.m.
Please make sure to send me photos of all guest's passport at the time of reservation because of new regulation in Japan.

A penalty of 5,000 yen (no upper limit) will be collected for every 15 minutes.

[*If the building, room, indoor fixtures and equipment are dirty or damaged]
We will bill you for repair costs, replacement product purchase costs, and business closure damages.

You can enter and use all rooms.

Ajiro is fishing village and famous fishing spot.
If you will try to fish,the action of being able to catch a fish as soon as one throws in a line with bait.

You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
