My house located only 30 seconds walk from the Lake Matsukawa (松川湖) and within 10 minutes drive from the supermarket,convenience store,drugstore.
There are a lot of various tourist attractions and nice onsen in Ito city. For example, Tokaikan(15minutes by car), Mt.Oomuro(10minutes by car),Lake ippeki(10minutes by car).

In the house,there are air conditioners, refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, gas cooker, pots and dishes, gas BBQ grill available.
If you use the gas BBQ grill, we charge separately 5,000 yen. Please let me know in advance.
Also you can enjoy Karaoke in the room for free.
Strollers are also available for free. Please contact me in advance if necessary!
* Bringing in a BBQ stove that uses charcoal is prohibited.

· Because there are people living nearby, noise and music watching at night is strictly prohibited.

· The use of BBQ and balcony will be until 9 o'clock at night to prevent noise.

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Please refrain from making a reservation if you are not good at insects due to the rich nature of the place.

There is no cancellation fee exemption due to the issuance of measures such as emergency declaration and spread prevention.
· Exemption from cancellation fee is limited to cases where public transportation to the inn becomes inaccessible and you can not physically come.

A penalty of 5,000 yen (no upper limit) will be collected for every 15 minutes.

[*If the building, room, indoor fixtures and equipment are dirty or damaged]
We will bill you for repair costs, replacement product purchase costs, and business closure damages.

You can fish rainbow trout and amago in Matsukawa Lake in front of you.
It is also an ideal environment for cycling and walking because the promenade is being maintained.

It takes 15 minutes by car from Ito Station.

You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
