There are a lot of various tourist attractions and nice onsen in Ito city.For example, Ito Marine Town(25minutes on foot), Tokaikan(15minutes by train and walk),Mt.Oomuro(40minutes by train and bus),Lake ippeki(40minutes by train and bus).

付近は、ぼくのなつやすみのようなノスタルジックな情景が広がっています。
宇佐美は有名なサーフィンスポットです。また、釣りができるところもたくさんあります。
宇佐美の港から川奈のいるか浜までは海沿いの平坦な道が続きます。ロードバイクやクロスバイクで走ると非常に気持ちいいです。物件の倉庫にお客様がご利用できる自転車を2台用意しています。

There is a river in front of the eye.There are small fishes in this river.
There are also Japanese cypress baths made by experienced craftsmen.
My house has a type of balcony overlooking a river, called 'kawayuka'
In the house, Air conditioners, refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, gas stove, pots and dishes, washing machine, dryer available.
Portable WiｰFi is available to use and can bring outside during stay. Please let me know in advance!
2 bikes in the warehouse available for guests for free.
There is BBQ Site next to the house.(Advanced booking. It costs extra 3,000 yen )
If you use the gas BBQ grill, we charge separately 3,000 yen. Please let me know in advance.
* Bringing in a BBQ stove that uses charcoal is prohibited.

If your schedule permits, I would like to guide Ito-city. Please let me know in advance!

This house is in a very quiet area. Noise at night is strictly prohibited.
You can only watch amazon fire tv stick on TV.
Since the Japanese cypress bath is very delicate, please wipe off the water after bathing, please open the window and dry.
Please make sure to send me photos of all guest's passport at the time of reservation because of new regulation in Japan.

A penalty of 5,000 yen (no upper limit) will be collected for every 15 minutes.

[*If the building, room, indoor fixtures and equipment are dirty or damaged]
We will bill you for repair costs, replacement product purchase costs, and business closure damages.

You can enter and use all rooms.

Usami is fishing village and famous fishing spot.
If you will try to fish,the action of being able to catch a fish as soon as one throws in a line with bait.

You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
